This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of energy self-sufficient houses. The aim of the thesis is to present the main types of self-sufficient buildings and to analyze the technologies that enable the production and storage of both electrical and thermal energy. Particular attention is given to the use of renewable energy sources, such as photovoltaic and solar thermal systems, heat pumps, and technologies for energy storage in batteries or thermal storage tanks. The thesis also discusses the importance of proper insulation and reducing heat losses. In the practical part, two design variants of an energy self-sufficient house with a living area of 110 m² are compared — the original building heated by electric heaters without roof insulation and two modernization proposals using energy-efficient technologies. Energy consumption calculations and return-on-investment analyses provide a concrete overview of the benefits of energy self-sufficiency in practice.

Student odprezentoval obsah své bakalářské práce. Otázky oponenta byly zodpovězeny. V průběhu obhajoby byly položeny tyto doplňující otázky: Při popisu zplyňování dřeva popisujete sušení a pyrolýzu, mohl byste okomentovat co se děje mezi uvedenými teplotami? Mohl byste definovat název kotel s integrovaným tepelným čerpadlem? Jaký je váš výstup bakalářské práce? Který návrh byste využil v realitě? Jaký software jste využívali při vizualizaci? Otázky byly částečně zodpovězeny.
