Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis is the new construction of a relaxing centrum and the preparation of documentation for the construction. The recreation centre is located near the village of Grygov. The building is designed as a detached building with three floors and is partially underground. In the basement of the building there are workshops and warehouses and technical background of the building. On the above-ground floors there are 23 hotel rooms, one of which is designed as wheelchair accessible. There is also a restaurant, a wellness gym and a ballroom. The vertical load-bearing structures in the basement are made of concrete forms, in the above-ground sub-floors of ceramic blocks of the THERM type. The ceilings are made as reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The building is covered with a flat single-skin roof.

Studentka představila závěrečnou práci na téma "Rekreační centrum". Bylo představeno umístění objektu na pozemku stavby, dispoziční, konstrukční a materiálové řešení objektu. Byly prezentovány pohledy na jednotlivé strany objektu a 3D vizualizace stavby. Na závěr prezentace byly objasněny dotazy oponenta závěrečné práce, včetně adekvátní reakce komise a studenta. Proběhla diskuze ohledně řešení čistících zón, provozu hotelu, zaměstnanců a klientů a případné křížení. Dále pak bylo řešeno dispoziční řešení haly a případné snížených tepelných ztrát vlivem otevíraní dveří. Dále byly položeny dotazy: - Dispoziční řešení celé haly a absence zádveří - Jak byl navržen tvar objektu? - Byla řešena teplotní stabilita a stínění objektu? Student s dokonalým přehledem zaujímal odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a výborně reagoval i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny.
