The diploma thesis focuses on the design and assessment of the load-bearing reinforced concrete structure of multi-story garages with an administrative section. The design and evaluation of individual elements were performed using the SCIA Engineer, IDEA StatiCa, and FINE EC software, with possible verification through manual calculations. Specifically, this thesis addresses the foundation slab, basement perimeter walls in the second underground floor, columns, ceiling slab, ramps, staircase, and the design of shear dowels in expansion joints. The structures were designed according to the applicable European standard ČSN EN 1992-1-1: Design of Concrete Structures – General Rules and Rules for Buildings. The final output, in addition to the static calculations, includes the prepared drawing documentation for the assessed parts of the structure.
