Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the design and assessment od selected parts of
aministrative building. The objekct is a five-story structure with four above-ground
floors and one underground floor. The above-ground part of the building is
prefabricated, consisting of a frame construction made of columns and beams.
The underground part is a combination of prefabricated and monolithic
components. The monolithic part consists of reinforced concrete basement walls.
The foundation is designed as a flat slab on a foundation slab. A global
computational model has been created for the assessed object, taking into
account the applied loads, from which the design internal forces are obtained.
Detailed design and assessment have been prepared for the columns and
continuous beam on the first above-ground floor, the foundation slab, and the
monolithic part of the underground floor. Drawing documentation for the shape
and reinforcement of the assessed elements has been developed.
