Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the design of a warehouse management method for materials and tools in a construction company. The aim is to create a system that is easily editable, controllable, and precise. The theoretical part analyzes the principles of warehouse management and the possibilities of process digitization. The practical part evaluates the current state and proposes a system for efficient warehouse management.
The proposed system was tested on a model case using the Airtable tool and confirmed its flexibility. The result is a solution that improves warehouse management processes and can serve as inspiration for other companies.

Závěrečnou práci obhajoval jasně a srozumitelně. Z jeho přednesu bylo patrné, že k úkolům, které řešil, přistupoval velmi zodpovědně. Na otázky členů komise odpověděl pohotově a s přehledem. Rovněž na doplňkové otázky od oponenta odpověděl správně a jasně. Státní zkušební komise závěrem konstatovala, že student svou závěrečnou práci obhájil na výborné požadované úrovni.
