Abstract:

The main topic of this diploma thesis is the BIM implementation plan (BEP). It is a basic document that describes not only the process of implementing a project and building a model, but it is also a useful tool that facilitates the application of BIM goals and the use of them, as well as the exchange of graphic and non-graphic data. The theoretical part is based on a set of standards ČSN EN ISO 19650. The practical part deals with the analysis of the importance of BEP in the context of BIM methodology. The aim of this diploma thesis was to examine the existing BEP templates and build a custom draft document that could be used for urban engineering and describe all the data and workflow requirements for the successful implementation and continuous operation and maintenance of the project.

Studentka během své prezentace představila cíle práce. Dále uvedla současný stav BIM -BEP pro oblast městského inženýrství. Podrobně popsala rozpracování BEP v oblasti MI. Představila managment informací, který je nosnou linií BIM projektů. Popsala praktický výstup své diplomové práce, čímž je obecná šablona BEP zohledňující zejména projekty městského inženýrství. V závěru své prezenteca provedla komplexní zhodnocení dosažených výstupů. Následovaly dotazy oponentky Ing. Jany Gottvaldové, Ph.D. Dále byly položeny dotazy členů komise. doc. Ing. Zita Prostějovská, Ph.D. - Matice odpovědnosti - jaký model matice odpovědnosti jste použila? - Jaký přesný význam mají vybrané zkratky? - Jaká je hlavní inovativnost vypracované šablony? Ing. Lucie Vaňková, Ph.D. - Je možné pomocí navrženého modelu je možné řídit náklady? Studentka na položené dotazy odpověděla.
