Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is the proposal of various solution of residential area in the village of Dolní Lutyně. It is mainly about finding a suitable arrangement of the construction lands in the defined territory, the resolution of transport infrastructure and static transport. All the variants have been extensively elaborated into a drawings- situations, longitudinal profiles and typical cross sections. The most optimal variant for the future investor was selected base on the selection and evaluation of the multi-criteria aspects.

Studentka stručně prezentovala tři varianty návrhu a multikriteriální hodnocení na jehož základě rozhodla pro variantu 3. Variantu 3 potom blíže popsala, včetně řezů a odvodnění. Prezentace byla na dobré grafické úrovni a přednes byl jistý. Studentka měla připravené odpovědi na otázky oponenta. Otázky komise - co si představujete pod pojmem multikriteriální hodnocení, jak se projevila cena oproti ostatním kriteriím - odpověděla. Jak byste odlišila vjezd do obytné zóny, abyste upozornila na jiný režim komunikace - odpověděla.
