Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with design of high modulus asphalt mixture with using 30 % reclaimed asphalt pavement in combination with polymer modified bitumen. The goal of this thesis is to verify if the mixture reaches the requirements of technical regulations TP 151 [1]. Selected tests were performer in accordance with the European standards ČSN EN 12697 Bituminous mixtures – Test methods for hot asphalt mixtures. Theoretical part of my thesis is focused on possibilities of addition higher amounts of reclaimed asphalt pavement into asphalt mixtures.

Student prezentoval cíle práce, zmínil zajímavosti na které narazil při rešerši dosavadních poznatků. Směsi VMT popsal obecně i konkrétně ty, které použil. Popsal zkoušky, které při experimentu prováděl. Prezentace byla srozumitelná a sebejistá. Po přečtení posudků oponenta a vedoucího byly odpovězeny otázky - student měl odpovědi připravené a odpovídal jistě. Komise neměla další poznámky k otázkám oponenta. Komise se dotazovala, zdali je v předloženém vzorku možné vidět R-materiál? Odpověděl. Jaký je běžný modul tuhosti u ACO a u SMA? Odpověděl.
