Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on selected properties of asphalt mixtures with higher air-voids content. The first, theoretical part of the work deals with summary of the available literature. Especially in terms of the distribution of mixtures with higher air-voids content and basic effects of air-voids content behavior of the asphalt mixtures. The second, parctical part of the work deals with determinine properties of two asphalt mixtures, namely: porous asphalt (PA 8) and mastix asphalt with higher air-voids content (SMA NH 8). At first is described used test‘s methods and used materials. Within the work, some tests were modified in order to simulate the effect of frost and salt on asphalt mixtures. An integral part of the practical part is the determintation of water resistence (ITSR), frost and salt of the prepared mixture, their mutual comparison and comparison with existing regulations.

Prezentace byla srozumitelná obsahovala velké množství informací, které byly studentem okomentovány. Student při prezentaci mluvil srozumitelně. Po přečtení posudků odpovídal na dotazy oponenta. Na všechny otázky odpověděl jasně a bez zaváhání. U poslední otázky byl mírně doplněn komisí. Dotazy komise byly odpovězeny.
