Abstract:

Town and country planning is an activity which is trying to find and create the most suitable conditions for the use and spatial arrangement of the territory based on comprehensive knowledge of various disciplines and therefore we rank it among multidisciplinary disciplines. The result of efforts is to ensure the sustainable development of the territory which is frequently highlighted in connection with town and country planning. The diploma thesis solves the issue of town and country planning from the point of view of the Act on town and country planning and building code with focusing on its tools. One of the tools of town and country planning is the subject of the main part of the diploma thesis which deals with the specific design of the local zoning plan of the village Radešín.

Student Michal Moučka během své prezentace o diplomové práci na téma Návrh územního plánu pro obec Radešín pohovořil o urbanistické koncepci, koncepci veřejné dopravy, koncepci uspořádání krajiny. Poté byly položeny dotazy oponenta diplomové práce Ing. Martina Všetečka Ph.D.: 1. Jak jste vytvořil prognózu budoucího počtu obyvatel? Má obec potenciál pro chalupáře? 2. Uvažujete plochy vhodné pro podnikatele, resp. Živnostníky (opravny, dílny apod.)? 3. Jak bude vypadat plocha ÚSES? Bude to louka, les, pole,…? 4. Jakou konkrétní regulací chráníte pohledy vyznačené na obr. 4.5? 5. Je dobře legenda na výkrese 03? 6. Měli jste nějaké neshody s pořizovatelem nebo pověřeným zastupitelem? Co byste sám udělal jinak? Následovaly dotazy členů komise: Ing. Richard Svoboda, Ph.D. Vy máte vztah k této obci? Vymezil jste prostor pro umístění obecní ČOV, nepočítáte už s využíváním původní ČOV? Doc. Ing. František Kuda, CSc. Proč jste neukázal situaci širších vztahů? Diplomant na otázky komise odpověděl.
