Reengineering and Optimisation of Production Systems

Reengineering is an up-to-date conception of effective, faster and economic development based on higher grade innovation and management of positive changes.
This course is concerned with defining reengineering, reengineering and integration and optimisation conception and methods, applying reengineering onto machine design, innovation of products, modernization of factory, human resources management etc.
