Types of tests for electrical equipments. Testing methods and high speed transients PC based evaluation. Protections against faults in electrical equipments. Characteristics and principles of miniature circuit breakers and protections in industrial units. Electrical network protections, MV and LV motors and generators protections. Protectin devices for transformers, capacitancies, batteries etc. Protection of semiconductor equipments. Overvoltage protection devices. Protection against body hazard.
