Course detail

Building and Transport Machines

FSI-JTR-KAcad. year: 2009/2010

The course makes students acquainted with material manipulation and storage, means for manipulation with pallets and containers. It focuses on the following topics: Cranes, types, use. Conveyers with and without pull elements. Personal traffic – lifts, escalators and moving footpaths. It also familiarises students with design of loaders, excavators, scrapers and universal earthmoving machines and working devices of earthmoving machines.
