The doctoral dissertation seminar 9SDP is a fundamental course for Ph.D. students at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The course focuses on a practical approach to key areas closely related to the Ph.D. study, research and development work, creative activities, and working at a scientific and research institution. The main topics of the seminar include scientific publishing and disseminating research and development results, applied results and the protection of intellectual property, research and development projects, research and development funding, professional and scientific conferences, basic economic and administrative knowledge, the use of AI tools in research and development, and more.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course
The course is completed by obtaining a credit. Students must attend at least 7 seminars to obtain a credit.
