Syllabus

  1. Determinanty realitního trhu (mikroekonomické a makroekonomické aspekty), dílčí realitní trhy (rezidence, obchodní centra, logistická centra, kancelářské prostory, víkendová sídla). 
  2. Yieldy dílčích realitních trhů, strukturování investic do nemovitostí a mezinárodní standardy účetního výkaznictví (IFRS). 
  3. Fisher-Di Pasquale-Wheaton model, institucionální investoři, developerská činnost a model akvizic.
  4. Specifika regionálních realitních trhů.
