Course detail
FAST-VYI002Acad. year: 2026/2027
In the first lessons of the course, students will review the knowledge acquired in course VYI001, focusing primarily on the regular verb system, irregular verbs, and plural formation. Students are already able to introduce themselves and talk about themselves and their hobbies. They will gradually begin to learn basic simple prepositions and, later on, directional prepositions combined with the definite article. They will be introduced to all modal verbs (volere, dovere, sapere, potere) and learn how to use basic object pronouns.
Students will be able to talk about a city (sights, shops), ask for directions, and give directions. They will also learn how to tell the time. They will be capable of ordering in a restaurant, expressing satisfaction, dissatisfaction, and criticism, as well as asking for the price and booking a table in a restaurant.
The course emphasizes speaking, pair work, and group work. Lessons include videos, listening activities, songs, and games.
