This course is designed to provide methodological and technical support to students as they independently prepare their bachelor’s thesis in the field of building services engineering. The seminar develops students’ ability to work with technical literature, analyze technical problems, and apply theoretical knowledge in the design of specific heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and related issues.

Professional Knowledge
The student applies theoretical knowledge to solve a specific assignment with various options and is able to argue for and defend the solution from technical, operational, energy, and environmental perspectives.
Professional Skills
Formulating the objectives and methodology of a bachelor’s thesis. Effectively searching for and citing relevant professional sources and standards. Preparing technical documentation and the text portion of the thesis in accordance with faculty standards.

Presenting and defending chosen technical solutions before a group.
