Energy Rating of Buildings, heating, ventilation, building physics, sanitary, cooling and wiring.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Extent and forms are specified by guarantor’s regulation updated for every academic year.

Aims

Professional knowledge

The student carries out an analysis of the current condition of a building in terms of energy flows and the thermal properties of the building envelope, taking into account the standardised use of the building.

Professional skills

The student compiles an energy balance to calculate the building’s energy performance certificate.

Professional Competence

The student is able to prepare a building energy performance certificate.
