During the lectures in the 4th, 7th and 11th teaching weeks, there will be a short written mid-term test on the material covered (the date of the test may be changed by the lecturer depending on the material covered; the lecturer will inform students of any change to the date during the lecture at least one week in advance).
Attendance at the interim tests is compulsory (in justified and pre-authorised cases, students will be permitted to sit a make-up test during the final lecture).
The examination will take the form of a written test.
Marking scheme:
1st mid-term test: 5%,
2nd mid-term test: 5%,
3rd mid-term test: 5%
final exam: 85% of the total mark.
To pass the course, students must achieve a pass mark of 50%, i.e. obtain a total of at least 50 marks out of a possible 100. 

The aim of the course is to familiarize the students with the basic rules of general administrative procedure, the institutes of review of administrative decisions according to the valid legal regulations in compliance with the Code of Administrative Procedure. To familiarize the students with basic legal regulations necessary to perform professional activities as an independent architect.

• Students will have the basic knowledge necessary for negotiation of intention with the responsible authorities
• Students will have the necessary knowledge for representing their clients at building and expropriation authorities.

• Students will know how to apply the procedures of Building Act for location and permission of structures.
