Aims
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with methods for collecting and analyzing data based on the vehicle environment and their subsequent use, especially in the analysis of traffic accidents.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will gain an overview of current methods and possibilities of using data obtained from video recordings, 3D modeling and other data collection systems and their practical use not only in the Czechia.

- Usage of video recordings, codecs, video analysis, calculation of object speed from camera recordings, case studies
- Introduction to photogrammetry, use of photogrammetry in the analysis of traffic accidents, case studies
- Model creation using photogrammetry
- 3D laser scanning, types of scanners, use of scanners in practice, creation of a model using a 3D scanner
