Futsal

The teaching activities of students at Brno University of Technology take place in the new multi-purpose sports hall Pod Palackého vrchem. There are two courts, a futsal ball, and a high-quality Graboflex surface. As part of their teaching activities, players will improve their playing skills, individual technique, and fitness.

Social security

We would like to inform students that during sports classes, physical contact between teachers and students may occur in order to correct exercises, movements, or game activities, or to provide assistance or protect health. If students do not wish to have physical contact, they must inform the teacher in advance, but they assume responsibility for any possible damage to their health.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Credit based on active class participation, i.e., regular attendance recorded in the attendance sheet (2 unexcused absences are allowed). In accordance with Directive No. 17/2019, physical education is graded with one credit.
Regular attendance is recorded in the attendance register; 2 unexcused absences allowed. Excuses for absences must be given verbally in advance during class or by email in advance, no later than 24 hours after the class date.


Classes may be made up in agreement with the teacher, but only during their classes.

Aims

Mastering basic game skills and individual activities in futsal.

Implementation in the chosen sport, developing a positive attitude towards physical activity, mastering basic individual activities and game skills, improving fitness, learning compensatory exercises to correct muscle imbalances, and controlled play.
