Standards EN ISO 9000 and continuing – overview. The certification and accrediting system in the CR and in the EU, the responsibility for the product. Methods of the implementation of the quality management system in the building firm. The analysis of requirements of the standard EN ISO 9001 exercised in the building firm. The application of principles “the orientation on customers ”and “the process outlook” in the building firm. Basic information about environmental management systems according to the EN ISO 14001 and their application in the building firm. The quality management in the project management according to the EN ISO 10006. The quality management in experimental and calibration laboratories according to the EN ISO/IEC 17025. SW for the support of the quality management.
