The course is designed to provide an overview of the legal aspects of using ICT and cyber security. Due to the absence of any other legal education of the students, it does not supplement the teaching of the basics of general law, but based on the principle from special to general, it maps all areas of law that are typical for ICT and cyber security.
In particular, it covers topical subjects such as law in cyberspace, data protection, electronic documents and signatures, introduction to eGovernment, intellectual property protection, cyber security law, cybercrime.

Aims
The main goal of the course is the basic orientation of the student in the legal aspects of the creation and use of ICT and cyber security, namely in the field of public and private law.
