Structure of personal activities, staff selection and recruitment a personality of the manager, professionalism, methods of leading people, professiography, methods of evalution of employees

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course
A condition for successful completion of the course is the completion of the final written test at the end of the semester with a success rate of at least 50%. All test preparation materials will be supplied to students in electronic form.
Completion of the course for students with an individual study plan and completion of the course by distance learning (applicable only when objective external circumstances do not allow the study programme to be carried out in accordance with the accreditation granted) is also subject to successful completion of the final test with a minimum of 50% pass rate.
Attendance at lectures and tutorials is recommended, but is not part of the students' assessment.
Aims
Students will be made familiar with the theory, as well as with the knowledge in the field of personal management, professiography, labour recruitment, leading people, motivation of employees, professional manners at work, evaluation of employees.
