Syllabus

1. Introduction to BIM technology and the basic principles for the creation of 3D-model of building.
2. Conceptual mass modeling.
3–4. Creating mass studies, including price estimates of the cost, depending on the area of volume.
5–6. Expanding knowledge about the system families and how to edit them.
7. Creation of documentation using phases.
8. Materials - use of materials for display, editing of existing materials, and reporting materials.
9. Prepare BIM model for advanced presentations (visualization, animation, 3D print, VR).
10. Description of coordination and teamwork more people on one project and model, CDE.
11–12. Introduction to MEP modeling.
13. Practical examples and recommendations for the creation of BIM model.
