Application of theoretical knowledge gained through previous study of urban, land-use planning and architectural disciplines, gaining awareness of the nature of the balance between artificial and natural environment, sustainable development of settlements and landscape.
Creation of urban unit based on analysis of basic functional systems of settlement, needs of human community, anticipation of its demographic and social development, protection of natural and historical values ??of the area. Coordination of current and future activities, determination of functional use and limits of areas in the area
