Student technical project dealing with a topic selected by the student from a list of topics from the study area Biomedical technology and bioinformatics The topic is chosen at the start of the winter semester of the given academic year and may relate to the future topic of the Bachelor thesis.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Semestral project is evaluated by the expert committee.
The work of the student on the project is checked in frame of regular individual consultations with the supervisor.

Aims

To work out an introductory study of a student technical project selected from a list of projects.
The student is able to:
- independently develop technical project,
- create the project technical report,
- defend the project before an expert committee.
