Movement and Physical health

CESA-TV-DZPAcad. year: 2022/2023

The effort to create such approaches that allow personalities to take care of their health in terms of bio-psycho-socio-spiritual balance of personality is part of human health care. Acceleration of lifestyle and contemporary society do not allow this care for many people, so it is necessary to create individual conditions for these needs through theoretical and practical approaches. These includes stress management, time planning, communication and the ability to increase frustration tolerance. As movement decreases and one has more sedentary activities, it is important to recall the basic philosophical need for movement to live. In the lecture, we analyze individual problems of a healthy lifestyle with a focus on the present and in practical examples, we learn to solve current negative mental states.
