Course detail

Experimentarium

FA-XPR-NEAcad. year: 2022/2023

Testing the digital and speculative strategies on selected topics. Widening of the repertoire of architectural approaches and digital skills. A thorough analysis of topics from various natural scientific domains will be applied and presented from architectural point of view. Consequently, an architectural strategy for interpretation and problem articulation will be selected. It is possible to consider topics from biology, sociology, music, and fine art, for example, the growth of cells, music structures etc. Thanks to these strategies, it will be possible to understand the architectural phenomena and to develop strategic and methodologic thinking.
In the study programmes “Architecture and Urban Design” the course is part of the courses on tools.
