Civil and Commercial Law

The subject focuses on Czech general private law (civil law). This basically concerns general private personal and property laws, both absolute and relative. The content of the subject focuses on a general introduction to civil law, legal principles, facts in the legal sense, persons in the legal sense, including general personality law, an overview of legal entities, property laws and other rights in rem, including right of lien, inheritance law, contract law (including consumer law), and delict law (including claim law).

10. Peculiarities of legal regulations in business relations: entrepreneurs, business establishments, trade secrets, interpretation of law

13. Special focus: the civil status of limited liability companies
