Production and Logistic Systems

The module aims to inform students about effective transformation of resources to the required products, goods or services in industrial organization. Students will have ability to define requirements on effective resource utilizing in industrial organization. Due to decision making they will be able to create conditions for high performance and elasticity, which could lead to achieve high competitiveness in present global and market changing environment.
The objective of is for students to master knowledge of modelling and optimizing techniques with using of system theory and business process management as a solution for above mentioned problems. It focuses on ability to finish creative solution on the bases of quantitative management tools with using IT. Students will also learn principles transformation of input data to required output information, which enable selection optimal decision in the time and place.

Assessment 2:
50 % oral exam from academic theory which were consultancy on compulsory lectures.
