b) Develop critical understanding of a cultural diversity and influence of culture on business performance
c) To improve personal effectiveness and self-development skills in the context of adaptation to a specific culture
d) Apply the methodology of the culture management theory to specific cross-cultural situations in multicultural organizations
e) Develop cognitive skills (analyses, syntheses, concluding, logical thinking) that managers need to operate in international environment

3. Strategies in IHRM and international HR policy.
4. International Workforce Planning. Main components and process of WFP.
5. International Recruitment and Selection. Recruitment process. Recruitment methods.
6. International training and development. Career management.
7. Motivation and its specifics in an international environment.
8. International compensation. Equalization Benefits. Approaches to international compensation.
9. Outplacement.
10. National culture and its dimensions. Concept of cultural standards
11. Diversity Management. Trends and current issues on diversity that affect management and HRM. Leadership.
12. Specifics of selected European cultures in the context of IHRM
