Course curriculum

1. Introduction to laboratory and environmental techniques
2. Optical methods for the analysis of biochemical samples
3. Spectroscopic methods, micro-volume spectrophotometry
4. Modern sensors for measuring body fluid properties, principles and design of point-of-care devices
5. Methods of measuring water parameters (biological analysis of water, chemical and physical analysis of water, radiological analysis of water)
6. Laboratory analyzers (magnetic analyzers, electrochemical analyzers, flame ionization analyzers, photoacoustic analyzers)
7. Chromatographic methods
8. Diagnosis of hearing loss by implantable systems
9. Compensation of hearing loss by implantable systems
10. Methods of measuring air parameters (distribution and characteristics of analyzers, optical methods)
11. Measurement of physical field parameters (measurement of sound, vibration, infrasound and ultrasound)
12. Measurement of physical field parameters (measurement of electrostatic fields, measurement of magnetic fields, measurement of electromagnetic fields, measurement of ionizing radiation, measurement of illumination, measurement of temperature)
13. Satellite and UAV technology in measurement of environmental parameters.
