Studio I - Intermedia - winter

FaVU-B1IN-ZAcad. year: 2022/2023

The course focuses on the individual work of students and on the search for contexts of selected topics within the framework of art and the state of the contemporary world. Through collective and individual consultations, students learn to verbalize their ideas and thoughts and explore the possibilities of intermedial practice. The main goal of the consultations is to find a topic for one's own artistic creation. Students will be introduced to the structural operation of art institutions (the system of cloisters, self-presentation options, creating a portfolio, entering the art market, etc.) and will gain an insight into the spectrum of artistic and intedmedia approaches. Work in school workshops is required, which will offer students a new experience with the chosen materials.
