Work with a total station and other geodetic instruments, coordinate calculations and creation of graphic outputs in geodetic programs, and work in multidisciplinary programs using geodetic applications, knowledge in the field of thematic, topographical, and technical mapping.

Knowledge of basic terms in the field of real estate cadastre. History of the development of the real estate cadastre. Provision of information from the cadastral register. Basic information about geometric plans. A set of geodetic information. A file of descriptive information. Cadastre management activity. Programs used in the real estate cadastre.

Teaching takes place in the form of lectures, practical exercises, and self-study. Attendance at lectures is recommended, at exercises are compulsory.

Conditions for successful termination of course are:

• completion of exercises including mandatory attendance, correct solution of all submitted tasks, passing tests for the specified minimum number of points, and obtaining credit from the course,
• successfully passing the written and oral parts of the exam (after obtaining the credit).

• Building and maintenance of net densification points, building, revision, and complementation of minor horizontal geodetic control.
• History of mapping in the Czech Republic until 1880. Overview of the history of real estate cadastre until 1817, stable cadastre (1817–1869).
• Instruction from 1885, revision survey (1869–1882), registration of revised cadastre (1883), instruction from 1887, instruction from 1904, instruction from 1907, maps of stable cadastre in the Hlučín territory. Impact on the status, quality of maps, and the existence of the numerical records.
• Cadastral mapping from 1927 to 1955 – Instruction A, Instruction B.
• The post-war situation, creation of SMH-5, and SMO-5, 1955 - a one-time inventory of land, uniform land registry (1956-1964), real estate registry (1964-1992), technic-economical mapping (1961-1969), technic-economical mapping (1969-1981), national map 1:5000, continuous maps.
• Large-scale base map, a database of the large-scale base map, establishment of accuracy classes. Recapitulation, consultation.

The definition of controlled teaching and the method of its implementation are determined by the annually updated decree of the subject guarantor.
