CISCO Academy 5 - CCNP

The course is based on official up-to-date Cisco CCNP Enterprise curriculum Advanced Routing (ENARSI). It is the second course in the CCNP Enterprise curriculum and focuses on advanced routing, redistribution, network security on data and management plane, VPN technologies and management tools used in Enterprise networks. Further the course deals with troubleshooting methods for different network areas.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Students learn advanced routing protocols and their troubleshooting. They can perform route maps and policy-based routing, redistribution, VRFs and MPLS, securing DMVPN tunnels, infrastructure security, ACLs and device management tools.

Prerequisites

Students should be able to work with English literature. Knowledge of the basic principles of IP networks. Passed courses CISCO CCNA.

Techning methods include lectures and practical laboratories. Course is taking advantage of e-learning (Moodle) system.

Aims

The goal of the course is to introduce the implementation and troubleshooting of advanced routing and redistribution for OSPF, EIGRP and BGP. Students can also perform VPN technologies, infrastructure security and management tools used in Enterprise networks.
