Bachelor Summer Laboratory Project in Food Chemistry and Technology

This subject is offered to foreign students who are interested in the problematic of food chemistry and technology.
The students can choose the project topic in accordance with research activities of Department of Food Chemistry and Biotechnology, the project will be supervised by member of academic staff. Project topics will include various areas of food chemistry and technology, and will be based on use of many instrumental and/or basic laboratory techniques applied on various food matrices. Student will realize the project, prepare the final report, present, discuss and defend the obtained results.

Aims

The main aim of this subject is to offer foreign students the possibility to perform short time scientific stay in specialized laboratories of Department of Food Chemistry and Biotechnology focused on food analysis.
