Mechanization of construction work, machines and mechanical equipment employed according to the technical stages of the construction process for buildings and civil engineering works. Machines and equipment for the production of building materials, the remote control of machines, machines and equipment for the execution of repairs, reconstruction work and maintenance, landfills, demolition, recycling, regulations for the operation of construction machines.

Syllabus

1. Introduction to the course and the requirements for its successful completion. Seminar paper – individual assignment – an investment plan for the acquisition of machines to perform work during a selected technical stage of the construction process. 2. Consultation regarding the individual assignment. 3. Assignment of exercise No. 1. Proposal of a machine assembly for the strucutre with varying usage of mobile and tower cranes. 4. Consultation regarding exercise No. 1. 5. Excursion to a building materials production plant. 6. Submission of exercise No. 1, consultation regarding the seminar paper. 7. Presentation of seminar paper – individual assignments. 8. Presentation of seminar paper, final test.
