History and purpose of land consolidation (LC), LC in other states. Terminology. Land offices. LC as forming environment. Forms of LC. Specification and reconstruction of portioning, unfinished reintegrations. Complex reallocation of land. Data and preliminary work: choice of cadastral territory, proceeding LC, perimeter of land being improved, recognition of boundary course, opening discussion, land survey and analyzing current state, surveying current state. Quality soil ecological units (BPEJ). Common areas plan: road system, water-management precautions, anti soil erosion precautions. Soil type optimization, optimal layout of suggested lots, quality suitability and suitability of detachment land areas, easement establishment. Land office arbitrate. Realization. Evaluation.
