Studio Follow-up I - Painting 2 - winter

FaVU-M1M2-ZAcad. year: 2020/2021

Students will further strengthen their artistic viewpoints. They will concentrate on their work leading to participation on group or one-person exhibitions. They will actively take part in organizing the events in the art world. They will further explore critically the depths of their chosen medium. They can spend this semester on an exchange stay.

Creative approach to the technologies of the studied subject and to its artistic context.

Prerequisites

Deepening of the theoretical and technological knowledge according to individual student orientation.
  Continuous development of skills in the chosen medium.
Developing personality and intellectual abilities.
Study of contemporary art in the field.
Regular attendance at studio consultations.
Exhibition excursions and their analysis.
Awareness of yourself in the artistic context
Participation in the production of exhibitions and the organization of both school and out-of-school creative activities.
Disqualification of a foreign internship in order to verify the achieved qualities in another environment.
Separate concerted artistic activity.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Exhibition excursions and their analysis.
Teaching takes the form of a collective discussion in a circle over topics and specific works.
The work is viewed from the point of view of the use of the form, the accessibility of the potential viewer and the context of the created work.
Individual emphasis is placed on further developing the thinking and integrity of artistic creation and personality.
Encourage the student to contribute to the production of exhibitions and the organization of both school and out-of-school creative activities
Sending to a foreign study path where the student will be confronted with another environment.
Based on their own exhibition activities, to create the current generation of artistic language.

Semester exam project.

Aims

The student must be able to be actively involved in studio meetings and consultations.
The first year of Master's study is a logical continuation of the activity of the previous study.
Individual development, including the development of technical skills.
Ability to perform tasks based on the creative nature of the student.
Introducing the bureaucratic system (grant, tax and financial policy). This ability will help emancipation of the artist.
High degree of expertise.
Ability to communicate your artistic attitudes.
Participation in artistic operation outside school.
