Basic of Law for Expert Activity

Basics of Civil Law - its concept, structure and forms given by the basic principles and rights, especially the application of applicable Civil Law (General Private Law) and Civil Procedure Law to problems related to expert activities.
Basics of Criminal Law - its concept, structure and forms given by functions, basic principles and own criminal law institutes, with an emphasis on the application of applicable Criminal Substantive and Criminal Procedure Law to problems related to expert activity.
Basics of Administrative Law in connection with an expert activity.

Course curriculum
2. Civil Law (General Private Law) - essence and purpose, basic concepts and principles. The status and responsibility of an expert (professional).
3. Legal acts and other legal facts; conclusion of contracts.
4. Ownership rights, shared co-ownership, joint property of spouses.
5. Rights to a thing of another, right of pledge, right of lien, easements.
6. Civil law; system of courts, activity of the court before the commencement of proceedings.
7. Civil proceedings at first instance, remedies, enforcement.
8. Expert's position in the civil proceedings.
9. Criminal Substantive Law, basics of criminal liability. Scope of criminal laws, offenses, punishments.
10. Criminal Procedure Law, jurisdiction and competence of courts, persons involved in criminal proceedings.
11. Criminal prosecution process, pre-trial and judicial proceedings, related acts. An expert status in criminal proceedings
12. Administrative Law (public administration and administrative law, organization of public administration).
13. Administrative Law (administrative procedure and its basic principles, procedures under the Code of Administrative Procedure), an expert status in administrative procedure.
