Learning outcomes of the course unit

Students make a practice of tax and accounting aspects of entrepreneurial activities. Students will develop analytical skills for entrepreneurial activities in global environment. Students will be provided with experience in stakeholder management. Students will learn and practice formulation of development strategy for small company. Students will be able to formulate a potential of development of entrepreneurial activity. Students will be able to choose an approach to the finalization of entrepreneurial activity.

Prerequisites

Knowledge:
• principles of leadership in small company;
• content of personnel work in small company;
• meaning of competitiveness of small company.
Skills:
• formulation of business plan;
• creation of complex system of management of small company;
• planning of activities in small company and their evaluation.

Aims

The main focus of the course is on the development of knowledge and skills required for economic and financial aspects of the finalization of entrepreneurial projects and evaluation of small company strategic development potential.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Attendance at seminars is required as well as studying of basic literature. Control is in teacher’s competence. The attendance at the presentation and defence of project is compulsory.
