Definition of status and role of operation management, including service and supporting activities, standardization of work preparation. Patents.Framing of normative management base as starting point of work preparation management. Ensuring of serviceability. New technologies and work techniques in organization of work preparation – Lean Production, fractal company, Smart Companyn. Managing of continuous change. World class production. Seminars will take place as well as computational laboratory for the use of the product TPV 2000th.

Examination will be combined: written – 2 teoretical inquiries and 2 calculation example - 70%
