Learning outcomes of the course unit
Students are able to use the program MATLAB and Simulink, high-tech software packages, which are used in the field of automation and generally in praxis. The acquired knowledge will continue to be used in the preparation of protocols, tasks, and projects. After graduating from the course will gain insight about how to use computer technology to the solution of typical problems in the automation as well as in technical practice.
Prerequisites
The subject knowledge on the secondary school level is required. Especially physics and math (matrix calculus)
Co-requisites
Not applicable.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Techning methods include lectures in computer laboratories and practical laboratories. Students have to do homework preparations.
Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes
Rated activities during the semester:
1. A fast tests of MATLAB (6 x 5 points)
2. MATLAB test (35 points)
3. MATLAB test (35 points)
Max. 100 points. To obtain credit student must obtain at least 50. points.
All tests are taken during semestr, there is no resit.
