Subject MOTIVATION AND STIMULATION spreads present knowledge and skills of students in area of fluent people and their work power.
This course is especially: personality psychology, work and organizational psychology. Psychology in personnel management. The working group and team roles and powers. Manager. Time management, planning, delegation. Corporate culture. Psychology of Communication.

According to the possibility of teaching can be organized lectures for students by practitioners and excursions to companies focused on activities related to the course content.
Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes
Students have to make examination. Classification: excellent (90-100 points), very good (80-89 points), good (70-79 points), favourable (60-69 points), satisfactory (50-59 points), unsatisfactory (0-49 points).
