Secondary school knowledge of informatics and knowledge of operating, database and office systems and internet applications using.

The course contains lectures that explain basic principles, problems and methodology of the discipline, and exercises that promote the practical knowledge of the subject presented in the lectures.

Instant messaging integration groupware
Audio and video communication, its connection to the fixed and mobile networks, voice mail

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with basic concepts and technologies, internal communications (groupware, unified communications).
