Systems Theory and Operations Research

Systems theory: basic concepts, classification of systems, system and its environment, socio-technical systems, identification, analysis, optimization and control of systems.
Operations research: mathematical modelling, graph theory, queuing theory, mathematical and dynamic programming, complex decision problems (multiple criteria, uncertainty, conflict situations).
