The course is concerned with the following topics: The development of Aerospace Law. Basic principles, juridical regime of free space. International pacts and civil aviation organisation. Juridical status of aircraft, crew, airport and aviation business firm. Responsibility for air incidents and damages. Government administration in civil aviation. Cosmic law.
