Law in Bussiness

"Law in Business" is designed as a cross-cutting subject focused on individual branches and modified prerequisites for entrepreneurial activity. The interpretation defines the rules, obligations and legal consequences that with these activities are closely related. It also establishes the conditions for the selected professional activities in construction and types of businesses prepared for the building industry. It contains characteristics of contractual relationships and the types of contracts used mainly in construction. The content of the lectures is supplemented by the requirements and powers relating to the performance of control activities, including administrative and judicial protection.

4. The rights and obligations of members of statutory bodies - established by civil, commercial and trade law
5. The liability for damage - in terms of civil and commercial law, including special rules
6. Business-modified business a trade law
7. Business in building industry - following the act of construction, act of trade and the act about Chartered
Engineers
8. Obligations - the conditions of the contract and their relationship to civil and commercial law
9. Types of contracts - according to the Civil Act, Commercial Act, Act on Public Procurement
10. Check activity - concerning to financial and administrative law, procedural law in form of court verification
