Building Plan

The subject of the tutorial is the complex design of new building, including its emplacement on construction site and the connections on the engineering nets. For the design of disposition schema the basic typological fundamentals and knowledge of bearing and additional constructions will be used. The tutorial also deals with coordination of the adjustment of assignment for the specialist on technical equipment and bearing construction design.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Students shall draw up the project according to the specified layout design volume studies residential buildings. Student applies the knowledge of building construction from the of previous study and acquainted with the preparation of project documentation on simple building for building permission and for its implementation. Obtaining of elementary knowledge for compilation and execution of project documentation according to assignment building study.

Prerequisites

Theoretical knowledge of the subjects civil engineering, building typology, construction design, building envelope, structural mechanics, building physics, descriptive geometry, fire safety

Aims

Obtaining of elementary knowledge for execution and assembling of project documentation of building parts according to assignment of building structure. Construction work according to requirements as for processers of single profession and preparing of assignment for specialist.
